About Villa Athina
Villa ATHINA is a modern, newly built villa, boasting 440sqm of living space, outdoor gardens, large swimming pool, outdoor living & dining areas to accommodate up to 8+1 guests. Inviting you to enjoy sunbathing in the summer mornings in your private pool and enjoy drinks as the sun sets in the calm evenings or dining under the stars at night.
On the first floor, there are 2 master bedrooms with their own private master bathroom & floor-to-ceiling oversized closets. Living room & dining room areas are separated by a 360-open view fireplace, overlooking the large terrace with breathtaking views of the nearby villages. The kitchen is modern, open concept and fully equipped.
On the second floor, there is a loft area with high ceilings to include a couch that can convert to a double bed to accommodate extra guests. Two more master bedrooms occupy the rest of the second floor, with their own master baths and floor-to-ceiling oversized closets and large balconies with beautiful views.
The outside area is expansive with views across the green olive groves to the mountains beyond with outdoor sun loungers and comfortable outdoor sofas. There is an outdoor shower by the 7x4 swimming pool and a BBQ grill for dining.
